1. Services Provided

• We offer airport shuttle services, private shuttles, and group transport in Northern Beaches.
• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.
• Payment is due upon service completion, payable directly to the driver via cash, card (1.1% surcharge for EFTPOS), or PayID.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows may incur the 20% fare.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to booking details (e.g., time, location) are subject to availability and must be communicated promptly.

5. Luggage and Passengers

• Each passenger is allowed 1 luggage and 1 carry-on items. Additional luggage (e.g., surfboards, extra bags) will incur a $5 to $10 charge per item.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure their luggage is securely loaded.

6. Child Seats

• Baby seats (ages 0-3) and booster seats (ages 4-7) are available for $5 each. Please request them at the time of booking.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for lost or damaged items.

8. Conduct

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and fellow passengers.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who display disruptive or unsafe behavior.

9. Updates to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
